FAYE is a collection of atmospheric compositions by Quinn, weaving voice, texture, and ritual-like motifs into a liminal sound world. Moving between invocation, memory, and myth, the score draws on ethereal vocals, light language, woodwinds, strings, and ambient electronics to evoke the presence of the unseen, the spaces between worlds where the fae are said to dwell.

The soundtrack is deeply connected to the natural elements that underpin the film’s message.
Breath-like vocals and woodwinds reference air, carrying themes of spirit, movement, and the fragility of balance. Violin and strings ground the score in earth, embodying land, memory, and ancestral resonance. Together, these elements form a musical ecosystem, one that mirrors the interconnectedness of the natural world itself.

Rather than traditional “songs,” these pieces function as musical invocations and emotional cues: fragments, variations, and recurring motifs that unfold across multiple parts. Short-form compositions sit alongside evolving themes, allowing the listener to experience the soundtrack as a living organism, intimate, otherworldly, and deeply cinematic.

At its core, FAYE reflects on humanity’s relationship with the environment, inviting care, reverence, and responsibility for the living world. The soundtrack acts as both a threshold and a reminder: that nature is not separate from us, but something we are in constant dialogue with and must learn to protect.
